Announcing the remanufacture of the
sunroof moulding
for the original Scalextric James Bond 007 Aston Martin DB5. This
Aston martin was only available in the James Bond 007 set and has a
couple of unique features. There is an ejector seat mechanism which,
when triggered, sends the passenger villain up through a removable
sunroof panel. Also, the rear number plate, when pushed from behind
releases a mechanism that pushes up the bullet proof rear shield.
Scalextric Car Restorations has remanufactured the removable white
roof moulding in plastic allowing these great James Bond Aston Martin
cars to once again eject the villain as originally designed.
